What is the process for obtaining an EM Guitar?
- Discuss what you are looking for in a guitar
- We design and provide images of the proposed instrument
- Provide prototype images of proposed guitar for customer approval
- Pictures will be provided throughout the build process showing the build progress
- Review of completed guitar in person or via Zoom with customer
- Finished instrument is shipped to customer
How often is content updated here?
- We show updates on any current builds going on so you can see how a build works

- We currently work within the continental United States
Can I submit feedback on features here?
- Yes, user input is essential for improving and expanding any new guitar development
Pricing
- We do competitive pricing, however, prices can depend upon the customizations. Types of woods, inlay work, hardware all determine the total cost
Electric Guitar pricing starts at $850
Acoustic Guitar pricing starts at $1,750
- On new builds a $300 deposit is required prior to starting a build. The remaining balance is required prior to shipping the instrument.
- On store purchases, payment in full is required before shipping instrument
Price Quote
- After we collectively determine what you want, we will provide you with a price quote prior to the approval and deposit process
No Changes
- Once the customer has approved the design and building has begun, no design changes will be allowed
Returns
- A refund can be issued prior to any start of the guitar build
- Upon receipt of the instrument, the customer has 7 days to return the instrument if there are major physical or major playability issues (pictures of any major physical damage upon receipt are to be sent to EM Guitars prior to any actions being taken)
- Any non-major playability issues are up to the customer to take to their local guitar shop for set-up modifications
