TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Once the customer has approved the design and building has begun, no design changes will be allowed

• Customer can buy a store instrument in inventory with a one-time payment only

• For guitar builds, a $300 deposit is required prior to the start of the build.  The balance is required prior to shipping the instrument

• A refund can be issued prior to any start of the guitar build or any major damage upon receipt of the instrument

• Upon receipt of the instrument, the customer has 7 days to return the instrument if there are major physical or major playability issues (pictures  of any major physical damage upon receipt are to be sent to EM Guitars prior to any actions being taken)

• Any non-major playability issues are up to the customer to take to their local guitar shop for set-up modifications
